Learn how to approach your work while feeling peaceful, principled, and purposeful.
Once a week you'll join a workshop to learn theories, frameworks, and strategies complete with guides, prompts, resources, and references. You'll have lifetime access to all the digital workshop materials.

Join us each week for (optional) coworking sessions to process what you've learned and develop your plan of action. You'll work in community with other women for camaraderie and support.
We'll spend the fourth week integrating your learning. This ensures you'll leave the workshop with a personalized approach to accelerating your purpose.

Our cohorts are small by design, making it easier to support each other, check in, follow up, and develop meaningful relationships.
Coaching is an incredible, additional support for times when this work takes you deep and prompts big questions. Since those moments might come up after the program is over, your two coaching sessions are available for 60 days from the start of your cohort.

Who is this program for?
My clients are women in leadership roles in higher ed and non-profits. Some are enthusiastic about their roles, some are ambivalent, and some are reluctant. Not all identify as leaders.
What they share in common is a love for what they do, a desire to make things better, and frustrations with a culture or climate that's getting in their way.
Your job title doesn't matter. Neither do your years of experience.
What matters is that you really want to help things get better and feel in your bones that you want to do more. You just want support figuring out how.
When do we meet?
For each of the four weeks, we meet weekly for workshops (typically Monday or Tuesday) for ~3 hours.
Optional co-working sessions are scheduled later in the week - usually Wednesday or Thursday - which we can flex to accommodate participants' schedules.
While the co-working sessions are optional, you'll get the most of of this program if you enroll for a cohort when you can attend at least three (ideally all four) of the workshop sessions.
What are my payment options?
You can pay in full OR in two installments.
You can pay on your own, with institutional professional development funds, or a combination of the two.
We accept Paypal and credit cards. In some cases we accept institutional checks; email me if this is something you need.

So glad you asked!
The women we work with most commonly seek help fixing their campus culture (including an untenable workload) or dealing with their [insert your favorite adjective here] boss.
But the truth is, we can't control our environment or change others.
However, there are strategies for approaching your work and decision-making so you feel calmer and more peaceful -- even amid chaos.
THE PURPOSE ACCELERATOR combines the work our clients have loved most: practical learning, actionable strategies, and personalized support, grounded in the premise that all of us are simply being asked to do too much. This consistently proves itself to be a magical formula for creating a community of like-minded women who build affection, trust, and lasting bonds.
How is this different from other leadership programs?
It's kind of an anti-leadership program.
Over the 25+ years I've led teams and organizations I've come to realize that the best leaders are those whose words and actions are congruent with their values.
So yes, we talk about ideas that come out of leadership theories and organizational psychology. But we talk about them in terms of who you are, what you value, what kind of person you want to be, and what you want to experience and feel as you move through the world.
Once you can align your decisions with those values, you can do anything and feel peaceful, principled, and purposeful while you're at it.
The Clareo Group is the brainchild of a burned out higher ed exec who, when she had to give up her family holiday plans to take care of an emergency that could have been easily avoided, decided she’d had enough.
